About this item
Little button studs, perfectly cute and very wearable. Completely handmade from sterling silver. They are 7mm in diameter and I drilled two holes to give the appearance of buttons. I finished them with a brushed matt texture which looks lovely contrasting with the shiny edge. Sterling silver posts are securely soldered onto the back. The earrings are packaged in a beautiful earring box and posted out in a large letter postal box, 1st class.

All the women in my family were seamstresses - my Great Grandmother a professional. I suspect that this and especially my fond interest in my Grandma's sewing skills (and playing with her vast button collection!) growing up, inspired me to study textile design after school. I thus inherited a love for buttons and most things haberdashery!
