A Green & Red Leather Handmade Journal - Ready to Ship - with Longstitch Binding and decorative tie fastening.
The cover is of deep forest green leather, embossed with a "false grain" pattern - popularly used for ledgers and account books. It is hand-stitched with ivory hand-waxed linen thread.
A great gift - would make a wonderful Christmas gift for a special person in your life (especially a male relative or friend!).
The book has 56 pages (112 sides) of off-white Zerkall Butten 145gsm crisp text paper.
There is a double fastening, made with red leather strips. This incorporates an adjustable pen-holder, on the inside of the flap. The long ends of the leather pass through the hand-stitched loops and are tucked in at the back of the book, giving the appearance of a smart old-fashioned satchel bag.
The outside of the book measures Measures 6.5" x 5.25" / 17 x 13.5cm.
