CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important to us. We will stop making anymore robins on 1st December and will stop sending any Christmas items out on the 8th December. This is because we use Royal Mail and would be concerned that they would not be able to deliver our goods after this date. We dont' want our customers disappointed at Christmas. If you are concerned about this please email us directly, info@mrsfoxs.com. Standard Policy on returns and refunds of course still apply.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Our scruffy little jack russel terrier is the model for all our foxes.
