Well I can't have too many flower brooches and I also can't stop making them!
This gorgeous brooch has been hand-felted and consists of 3 layers, formed into a beautiful blooming flower. With the prettiest mellow ochre petals with hints of mauve and tinted with ivory coloured silk and an embroidered centre this is the perfect way to accessorise any outfit. The petals are beautifully organic and this flower has a lovely antique colouring - a faded beauty. The centre also features golden and dark pink seed beads which have been handstitched around the centre.
At a substantial 4.3 inches/10cm's at it's widest part, this soft sculptured flower would dress up a casual outfit as well as be perfect for weddings and special occassions and also gift giving.
The flower has been wet felted from merino fibres and silks before being needlefelted into its final organic shape.
Attached by a securely stitched brooch pin on the reverse and featuring a 'gilfling' label and comes in a recycled card giftbox.
