You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A great birthday party bag favour or a novel wedding favour for each of your guests or just for female guests.
Each bookmark is handmade from thick card and covered in floral paper with a co-ordinating initial. A lovely organza, chiffon or coloured ribbon is used as a luxury finishing touch.
When ordering please give me the name and the colours you would like with along with any additional themes such as buttons, butterflies, seashells etc I will use the information to make the bookmark really special.
Kids designs can be made with suitable colourful designs.
Delivery will depend on the size of the order.
If you would like the bookmarks for wedding favours, please message me to discuss the designs you would like I can put a sample 1 on for you to purchase, then if you agree with the design, I can put up a custom listing. The postage charge will be specific to the custom listing.
