A cute baby capybara is keeping close to mum while both peer out inquisitively from this high-quality fine art print from one of my coloured pencil wildlife portraits. Native to South America, these are rather curious looking rodents with big square noses. With coarse fur in shades of brown, grey and cream, tiny ears set back on their head and slightly webbed feet, they are related to guinea pigs but considerably larger. Here they are shown standing on the short grass which they like to graze, set off by a mid-gray background which echoes the shades in their fur.
This is a professionally printed reproduction on 255gsm acid free fine art paper using pigment based inks. Approximately A4 in size, it fits readily-available standard A4 or 10"x7" (approximately 25 x 18cm) aperture mounts. Prints are delivered unmounted and unframed so you can select a mount and frame to suit your own taste and décor.
The original coloured pencil artwork for this picture is also available in my Folksy shop: https://folksy.com/items/6937680-Capybara-Original-Coloured-Pencil-Drawing
Please note: actual colours may be slightly different from how they appear on your screen due to individual screen settings.
