About this item
This medium sterling silver hinged locket has the image of a patterned heart impressed onto the surface from an etched brass plate. It is then oxidised and polished to reveal the form of an intricately patterned heart. Every part of this piece is completely handmade, from the original drawing to the final rivet that fixes the bail to the locket. 80% of all my silver is refined and recycled by me in my home studio. I use environmentally friendly processes throughout my practice, complimenting the imagery adorning my work. Supplied on 16" or 18" square silver snake chain. Useful Information
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
There is a no refund policy on earrings, due to hygiene issues. (unless item is damaged due to manufacturing fault or during transit) . Please notify me immediately if your item has been damaged in the postal system. I do not accept returns on custom, commission or altered (at the request of the customer) items, unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
