Colourful Abstract Minimalist Painting

I am an untrained, unschooled, self-taught painter based in Scotland.

I currently create colorful gestural abstract paintings that can bring a touch of intensity and/or contemplation to any space.
Some of my artworks can be said to evoke a sense of cosmic drama. I hope they evoke a sense of wonder and mystery.

Most of my paintings are designed to be both energising AND meditative, a grounding force amidst the turbulence of 21st century life, an invitation to pause and reflect on duality - the powerful combination of emptiness and extreme energy, the contrast between calm and chaos.
