Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

All my items will be sent via a tracked service for your peace of mind. Once dispatched, unfortunately I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping.

Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty. If there is a problem with your order please do contact me and I would be happy to help.
If circumstances result in the return of an item, please post via tracked service to avoid any postage issues/delays.
