Buying from me
All my items are lovingly handmade by me in West Cornwall. I aim to make people happy and love to personalise and customise things to your specific requirements so any requests please get in contact :) All my items are carefully packaged and jewellery is always sent in a pretty organza gift bag. I try to send things asap after the sale, but obviously if you are purchasing something personalised I will have to make it first, so allow a few days :)

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
