I paint happy paintings, mainly of Trees & Birds, and always with hearts.

I started painting again late in life when I was fortunate enough to be able to return to study Art & Design full time. I fell in love with art again, having harboured a passion since childhood. I get great joy from creating colourful happy paintings, and I feel very lucky that I now get to do this full time from my little studio at home. My days are filled with creating, whether it is sketching, painting or papercutting, along with walks and cuddles with my 3 year old Pembrokeshire Corgi called Callie.

This past year, 2016, has been very exciting for me since I have now teamed up with some wonderful people who have helped me to launch my very own range of home fragrances. This has been such a joy. Creating and designing my trees with inspiration from gorgeous scents has been a very unexpected part of my arty journey, yet such fun!

My inspiration continues to come from trees & birds, I see such beauty in them and feel a real connection with their spirituality. Otherwise I am captivated by colour and shapes, and I love how when they are combined and outlined in black they bring something so visually pleasing to my eye, and hopefully to yours too!
