I make quirky cushion covers with a distinctly Scottish flavour .

I work from home in the beautiful Stirlingshire countryside. I have knitted and sewn since childhood, never happier than when I have a creation in progress. I adore cushions, as they can so easily make a statement about you and your lifestyle. Passionate about the Scottish language, I use the Gaelic word Failte, (pronounced fal- sha) meaning welcome, as often as I can. I also find great humour in old Scottish phrases and sayings. Everyone knows a "wee dug". I like to convey this quirky character in my work, and hope that other people love it as much as I do.

Buying from me

My cushion covers are handcrafted in a smoke-free pet-free environment. A native of southern Scotland, I am passionate about the Scottish language, and like to include this in my work wherever possible. My covers are made from 100% cotton calico, embellishments are mostly cotton, and occasionally I use small pieces of felt, buttons and bows. The covers can all be handwashed at 30 degrees. They will fit a cushion 12" x 20" (not supplied).

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
