As a passionate crafter i spent many years trying to find reliable suppliers who didn't want me to buy in bulk to receive goods at a reasonable price. I found that i had to buy ribbons by the reel to make them cost effective so i decided to set up Scratchy Cat Craft Supplies to provide fellow crafter with a one shop stop to buy all their crafting goodies at competitive prices.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
