My work is hand painted and as such it will have the appearance of being hand painted but still professionally done.
I am a solo operator and I will endeavour to ensure that your purchased item is packaged appropriately, protected as best I can for its journey to a new home. I will also ship your item promptly without hesitation on my part.
Shipping times my vary depending on the item purchased.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
