I Lisa Marie Robinson am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I only use these details to process and deliver your order, or to deal with any queries you have related to your order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, nor will I add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process your order and any data collected during that period is securely stored. Any personal data related to orders or customer queries is retained for a period of six years. After this time has passed all data held about you will be deleted from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
All orders are securely packaged for their journey. I use cardboard to strengthen envelopes & to also make boxes for shipping.
Most orders generally ship next day (excluding Sundays & public holidays), but never takes more than 3 days.
I use Royal Mail for all orders
- Items up to £20 -- 1st Class / International Standard
- Items £20 - £50 -- Signed-For / International Tracked & Signed
- Items over £50 -- Special Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
