Buying from me

All my items are made with care and quality materials. I restarted crafting a couple of years ago having more time to do what I enjoy and take pride in every item I do. If you see something you like but prefer it in a different design or colour please let me know and I will do my utmost to accommodate it.
I also try to add that extra touch i.e. I package items with a ribbon or bow in clear bags and add tags to most things I make.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
