Hello, I’m Katie and I absolutely love to create things, I suffer greatly with my mental health and deal with bipolar disorder, anxiety and anorexia. I started doing art based things to help distract me from negative thoughts and create a positive outlet in my life. Sometimes making things really keeps me going and keeps me in a stable mindset.
