Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Shipping
I use Royal Mail postal services. Items will be posted second class within three days of payment being received, unless it is a custom order which will be posted as soon as the order is complete, I will always keep you updated on the progress for any custom orders.
Please be aware that second class post is not tracked or insured, if you need your item tracked (UK only) please ask before paying to allow me to get you a quote on price. Tracking an item will significantly put the postage price up.
Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery. I always obtain proof of postage and will keep it for 30 days. I am happy to send you photographs of the postage receipt, if you so wish. Just ask.
If your item has not arrived after this date, then please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any problems that arise.
Refunds and Exchanges
When my items leave me, they are in perfect condition. In the very unlikely event of the item being damaged in the post, please return to me within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me to notify me of this.
Exchanges may be difficult as I may have run out of fabric/materials, however if I can replace something I will. If it is not possible to replace it, I will refund the cost of the item, not the postage.
A refund will only be issued once I receive the item back or evidence of proof of your posting the item back to me. I will then issue a refund within 14 days.
You are responsible for the p&p when sending any item back to me.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
