Exquisitely tiny, impossibly beautiful blown quail eggs from our own flock at Cross Bank Farm, Shropshire.

Somewhere on a small Victorian smallholding in Wem, Shropshire, a flock of quail are going about their day with great purpose and absolutely no idea that their eggs are considered rather extraordinary.
I'm Emma, and at Cross Bank Farm I raise heritage and rare breed animals. Large Black pigs, Cochins, Cream Legbars, Orpingtons and a small, dedicated quail flock among them.
The blown eggs you'll find in my shop are collected by hand, prepared with care, and sent out into the world hoping to become something beautiful. Every single one is unique, lightly speckled and genuinely tiny because that, it turns out, is exactly what makes them so hard to put down.
