My name is Claire. I would dream as a child that I would open a shop with beautiful handmade items. I enjoy making things, from jewelry to hand made fairy lanterns. All my makes are and made with love. When they are finished I wrap them up nicely for their new home. I decided to open a gift shop where I could sell all my makes. Crafting became my hobby, to keep my mind off my illness. I even makes fairy lanterns, with fairies, or unicorns and or even princesses. All my makes are quirky and unusual too. And so Enchanted Creations was born, and here I would like to welcome everyone.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
