Maggie Cook is a knitwear designer and maker based in the U.K.
After graduating from the London College of Fashion in early 1993 and working in a design environment in London's West End, Maggie wanted to design more bespoke and feminine knitwear.
In 1999, Maggie Cook Bespoke Knitwear label was launched with a grant from The Princes Trust ( then Prince Charles, now King Charles ).
Her collections were first sold at London's young designer markets of Portobello Road and Spitalfields in East London, which then led to selling to Boutiques in London, Europe and Hong Kong.
Many of her designs have also been featured in magazines such as The Saturday Times, You magazine (The Mail on Sunday) Instyle, and The Daily Telegraph, as well as a selection of Fashion Magazines.
