Hi, I am Boris, thank you for visiting my shop with handmade rustic reclaimed wood items. I have been woodworking for 4 years now and have sold my products across the globe. All the materials are sustainably sourced locally, what I do supports the environment, wildlife and makes my customers happy. To date, I haven`t received a complaint from my valued customers.
My passion is bespoke orders, I love putting focus, time, and energy into something truly unique.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I gladly accept returns and cancellations.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

I don't accept exchanges.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
