Buying from me
I will post your items using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service. Your items will be carefully packed and will be dispatched within 2 days. I follow the distance selling regulations. If there is a problem, please contact me so that we can sort it out. If you decide to return the item, you will pay the return postage. All returned items must be in pristine condition with all labels present.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
