Buying from me

Beautiful and unique handmade glass fused designs, all made in my kiln. I work hard to make sure no two designs are the same, so you always have something special no one else has.

I'm willing to work with you to make custom orders. I send orders usually within two working days. If you need something quickly, please let me know.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Custom/personalised items are unable to be returned unless there is a fault.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations I can accept returns on items as long as I am informed in writing within fourteen days. The item must not have been worn, or damaged in any way, and all packaging must be returned also. You must pay the return postage and remain responsible for the item until it’s safely arrived, so please package it securely and make sure you obtain proof of postage (POP) from the Post Office. You do not need to pay extra for this, and having the POP will enable you to claim the cost of the item back from Royal Mail in the event of the item going missing.
