All our jewelry is hand-made by ourselves using classic silversmithing techniques.
Our gemstones are natural unless otherwise stated and there could be a variance in colour or clarity, we try our hardest to use only the highest quality stones.
We will try our hardest to produce and ship your item within 7 days but sometimes it may take a little longer hence the 14 day dispatch time.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
