My name is Claire and I design and make personalised hand stamped jewellery and accessories. All of my items begin life as a piece of raw metal. I cut the metal to shape, drill it, file it, stamp it (by hand), oxidise it and finally polish it to a high shine to create a beautiful piece of personalised jewellery for you.

Hand stamping is a process which involves striking a steel punch with a heavy brass hammer to create an impression in metal. As all of my items are produced by hand and are not machine engraved you should expect some degrees of variation in both the depth of the stamping and the spacing of any lettering. This (I think) adds to the charm of the piece and means that each item will vary somewhat in appearance to the next making your item truly unique to you.

Buying from me

All purchases are made to order, my current turnaround time is 2 - 3 days before dispatch. Items are then posted out via first class post for UK orders and International Standard Delivery for all international orders.

All of my items are specially hand stamped and are not machine engraved. This means that you should expect small variations in the depth and spacing of lettering making each item truly individual.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Unfortunatly due to the personalisation on the majority of my items I can only accept returns if the item is faulty or if I have made an error in making it. (ie incorrect spelling)

When providing personalisation details to me please ensure you triple check spelling and wording.
