Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please note that personalised items or those made to your own specification are not covered by distance selling regulations and are non refundable. Please make sure that you provide accurate information if you request personalisation.
On some occasions I am able to take an item back; in these circumstances the buyer is responsible for the return postage and initial postage charge will be deducted from any refund issued.
