Hi!

I'm Charley Owl, and I'm a knitaholic. I used to work in film and television as a VFX Designer, but quit my full time job after having my daughter. I filled the creative void with obsessive knitting and began to design my own things for my toddler, Little Owl.
I knit at my home in Leeds, Yorkshire most evenings, supported by my partner Rob Owl and Scout the Dog Owl (who usually helps by trying to climb on my lap and getting tangled in wool).
I'd love to make you something to treasure!

Buying from me

Quitting a career in TV and film graphics to raise my kid left a huge creative void and I filled it with obsessive knitting. No stranger to running my own business, having freelanced for years, I want to make you something to treasure!
My handmade glove puppets are popular and full of expression. I sold these locally before branching out online.
I use good quality yarns by well-known brands. Eventually, I'd love to be able to offer items made from ethical wool sourced from local producers.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
