Buying from me
I aim to post purchased items certainly within 3 days, sooner when possible. Please contact me at the time of purchase if you need to receive an item for a particular time and I will do my best to facilitate this. They will be thoroughly packaged in bubble wrap, within a double walled cardboard box surrounded by packing peanuts.
I would not advise any of the glass to be washed in a dishwasher. Handwash only.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
