I am an experienced Artist and Illustrator who through my company Mandy Farmer ArtWorks, has worked with some of the great and good in the worlds of music, dance, theatre and design.

I love the elegance and beauty of the fabulous portrait painters and illustrators in the illustrative "Golden Age" of the 1940's and 50's, as well as the exquisite work of painters such as John Singer Sargent who was a fabulous colourist.

Traditionally trained, I work from my studio and sometimes on location with a wide variety of materials including oils, watercolour, print, pastels and mixed media. In addition, I have embraced the digital world and utilise this in conjunction with traditional materials to create modern, relevant artwork that still has the unique element of hand rendered "analogue" work, i.e., I still break out the brushes and canvas to create the unique effects digital vector work cannot replicate.

I work on various "supports" from canvases (linen normally) on traditional stretcher frames, watercolour papers, heavy print papers to digital prints or files.

If you want to use your artwork for print, it can be supplied as a digital file for use by your printers, or I can supply digital prints to a range of specifications (prices will vary based on your requirements)
