Hello and welcome to my Folksy store. I am Marianne (often shortened to Mari) and based in my little clay cabin up the garden path in Essex.
I have always been a very craft minded rather than brain box kind of person trying any sort of handicraft, but find i'm happiest getting my hands dirty with clay!
I spent around 15 very happy years working within a beautiful little craft village in Essex, I absolutely loved the atmosphere working at Covent Garden's weekend craft market and also at the Ideal Home Christmas Show for a number of years with my previous employer.
These opportunities have taken me on a wonderful journey over the years and I now create my own ceramic gifts and keepsakes, some of which I can personalise for any occasion possible. Some of my items may be slightly imperfect but that adds to the character of handmade! There is always something new to learn in ceramics and I hope to broaden my range as I learn along the way.
