Buying from me

From beach to bench… Based on the beautiful coastline in west Wales all my silver jewellery is handmade in my little Welsh home studio, with the sea glass I use collected by hand from the local beaches. I design almost exclusively with silver, sea glass and semi precious stones, working on my ready-to-buy jewellery collections as well custom pieces.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that, however, simply get in touch with me and arrange to return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Please kindly note that I do not accept returns on items that have been personalised, custom stamped or made to order for you, as these items have been made specifically to your size and specifications.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns.

PLEASE NOTE:

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless I have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches me. Therefore for your own protection I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

Hopefully your jewellery will arrive in perfect condition. Sometimes things do go wrong in transit unfortunately. I will refund, repair or replace an item if it is faulty/damaged. I ask for the items to be returned to myself in the first instance and if a refund is requested, I will process this on receipt of the goods. For a replacement or repair, this will be dealt with within 2 working days.
