Welcome to Luna & Loop where you will find gorgeous crystal gemstone and charm jewellery for yourself and your loved ones. From bracelets to earrings, new items are added weekly.

- My current turnaround time is 3 business days for all orders. UK shipping takes 2-4 days by Royal Mail Tracked 48. International shipping can take 7-21 days and is always tracked.
- All pieces are made by me, Emma, in my bead studio near Cardiff in South Wales, UK to my own unique designs.
- I make each piece using quality ethical gemstones, beads, charms and findings - nickel free.
- Mix and match to suit your style.

Buying from me

All our jewellery pieces are designed and assembled in our beads studio in South Wales, UK. Using ethically sourced gemstones from a UK supplier, each piece is made by Emma a self taught jewellery designer.

Orders dispatch within 3 working days and all orders are sent by Tracked 48 via Royal Mail.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
