Buying from me
All my items are handmade by me in my home in Surbiton. My candles are made from EcoSoya Soy Wax which is both better for you and the environment and I like to use recycled unique items such as jam jars, tea cups, ceramic and glass containers. My jewellery range is costume jewellery made from silver/gold plated (nickel free) metal and also bespoke pieces of sterling silver & gold vermeil with coloured Swarovski crystals, czech glass and semi precious stones.
RECYCLE RECYCLE! ~ I believe strongly in recycling where possible, so if you have finished with your containers, you can send them to me (at your own postage cost) and I will give you a discount off your next order. Please contact me to discuss details.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
