My friend was delighted with her cat magnets and John is a really lovely man, he went above and beyond to get them to my friend before her birthday and even wrapped them for me. The item required a signature and was extremely inconvenient to have to pick it up a week later after a failed second attempt to deliver. Our Royal Mail collection point has very selective opening times one day a week after 5pm. Definitely puts me off ordering again which is a shame as it was an unusual gift.
