After 4.5 years of making my own face, hair and body care products and encouragement from a friend to start selling them professionally, here I am. A lot of time and effort has gone into bringing these to the market. I do everything, creating formulas, mixing and blending the ingredients, designing everything, writing for the web, photography and the rest. A busy, busy job! And I love it!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order.

If you have contacted us to cancel your order before you have received your goods, please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received and your cancelled order may not be stopped and will be delivered to you.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition and seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Please note, you will pay for the sent and return postage costs, if you cancel an order.
Faulty or damaged items: Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of posting the products back to us via your local postal office or the company designated courier.
General: We reserve the right to refuse to grant a refund in respect of any products, which are returned to us in a damaged state or which do not reach us for any reason.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning products and keep the proof of delivery. Include any documentation detailing any taxes paid.
You must email us via Folksy to arrange your refund before returning your products.
We’ll process your return as quickly as possible. We then credit your account, exchange or refund (credited to the original payment card), whichever you choose.
Refund policy exclusions: For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund cosmetics, once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
