Buying from me

All of the products are designed, handmade and hand painted by my partner and I. We follow the RSPB guidelines when making the products. This includes the size of the nesting boxes, entrance hole size, type of wood and quality of the paint. Our aim is to create a beautifully attractive product for the garden, which works too!
All products will be sent using a courier service which takes 3-5 days.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
