We process fleeces, spin, dye, crochet and felt

We are Cath and Sam, lovers of all things fibre!
We taught ourselves to spin one Christmas and loved it so much we started to explore more aspects of the journey from fleece to yarn.

While we are happy to spin anything , we really enjoy taking a raw fleece, cleaning and carding it, ready to spin. We spin with wheel or drop spindle depending on what suits the fibre.

We are also dyers, either our own spun yarn or yarn spun by others.

And of course we are makers too. Both of us crochet, although Sam is the expert while Cath is learning fast! Felting our fibres into bags, scarves, purses, cat beds, pretty much anything makes us happy as well.

We work as sustainably as possible, choosing to source our materials from local farmers and suppliers. Our packaging is plastic free also.
