I love to create contemporary, yet timeless, crochet and knitting patterns.

I didn't mean to become a crochet and knitting designer. The creativity tap started dripping and now it cant be turned off.

My inspiration comes from nature, archaeology and being technique-driven. I love to investigate if there is a better way of doing something and bringing that knowledge to my patterns.

I work from my home studio as a designer, online craft shop owner (Provenance Craft Co.) and crochet podcaster (Crochet Circle Podcast).

You can usually find me with a hook or needles in my hands, a ball of British wool and my black moggy, Pom, on my lap. Never happier than when I am making something.

Hi, I'm Fay, a crochet and knitwear designer that is hugely influenced by British wool and sustainable yarns.

I focus in contemporary, timeless designs and love a good technique addition to make something really work well.

All of my patterns come tech edited, have charts where required and supporting images. I am thorough in my approach to creating and presenting a pattern.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
