Everything I make starts with tea and bit of a ponder while I look at the sky outside my window. Because of this you will often see me talking about tea, drinking tea or photographing my tea. I am also partial to a slice of cake. My cake tastes have changed a lot over the last decade after I was told to give up wheat, gluten and lactose so I get super excited if I go somewhere remote and find a cake to accompany my tea.
I am a real fan of paper but I don't like to waste it so have become heavily addicted to recycled materials and an eco friendly way of creating printed material. Sharing your big news in print does not have to cost the earth. I am currently exploring recycled stickers and looking forward to my new compostable packaging arriving soon.
When all the work is done I like to relax by binge-watching NetFlix and Amazon Video. I get a real sense of achievement from completing a season over the weekend. In the interest of balance I aim to be as organised as I can so I have time to keep up with the latest series available.
As a games tester and longtime gamer I like to challenge myself by playing puzzle and strategy games. Being a tester has meant that I don’t play as often as I used to. I’m happy to say that I’ve found games like Monument Valley have made it possible for me to find the time to keep my hand in. It doesn’t matter how many times I clock it – it’s still pretty difficult.
