Your jewellery will arrive presented in a branded presentation box. Tucked inside is a little card to inform the wearer that the piece is lampwork glass, handmade in England. My listings are all in stock and ready to go off to their new home.

I ship orders via Royal Mail First Class daily, and aim to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I regret that I cannot refund the cost of returning items unless they are faulty.
