I purchased a bracelet for my granddaughter and all was going well, however I was told that the items was being posted on the 12th March. It is now the 19th and nothing! I have asked twice for a tracking number but my emails have been met with silence.
I am so disappointed.Don't know what to do next. I have even emailed via the website.

Beautifully engraved child’s silver bracelet with pretty adjustable strap in a lovely material gift bag.
My only criticism is not of the product but when ordering, it was not clear enough to me where to record my message or design. Before I knew it I had bought the item & had to email the crafter with the choice of pattern & child’s name. At this point I would have expected a reply to reassure me my instructions had been received. I was very relieved when the package arrived & the gift was indeed to my satisfaction.
