When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Payment through Paypal or Direct Check Out is preferred. If you are a UK buyer we will also accept personal cheques, please be aware that your item will not be sent until payment has cleared.
All items sent within the UK will be sent by second class post. Items sent overseas will be sent by standard airmail. We always obtain a cetificate of posting. If you would like to make alternative shipping arrangements please contact us for a price.
Your jewellery will be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order and payment. If you require your item sooner please contact us for a price.
International buyers are responsible for any duty/taxes that are imposed by their governments.
Refunds and Exchanges
The majority of our items are handmade to order, so please understand that there will be slight differences between the photo and your item.
You may return items purchased from us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items are subject to a £1.00 handling fee. We require that items are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn and in the original packaging. The buyer is required to pay for return postage and packaging. Please notify us immediately if you wish to return your jewellery to enable us to deal with your return or exchange quickly & efficiently. Please enclose a note with your return stating your name and user ID & your requirements. Any refund will be made less initial postage and packaging costs. Earrings may not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or damaged in which case they will be replaced. Custom orders (personalised or bespoke products) can not be returned for refund or exchange.
