About this item
This wonderful yarn bowl has been turned on a lathe by my talented husband to my own design, using a reddish hardwood called sapele. It is waxed to a high gloss sheen and features a scrolled cut-out to guide the yarn, keeping it safe and clean, whilst allowing it to tumble and turn as you knit or crochet without snagging. This bowl can hold several balls of yarn at the same time and would make a lovely gift for anyone who enjoys yarn arts. The bowl measures about 24.5cm in diameter (22cm internal) and is 10 cm tall (8cm internal depth). I also have a similar bowl with a lid available under a separate listing. Custom requests are welcome - let me know if you would like something similar made to suit your own requirements.
