RARE UV Sea Glass and Sterling Silver Wavy Ring- Size R - 1367

This unique piece of ultraviolet sea glass was found along the UK's South West coastline. UV seaglass would have been created from Uranium glass, created prior to World War 2, usually used in decorative vases.. under a blue ultravoilet light these pieces really do glow! This has been set in a fine silver bezel (.999) with a waved band of recycled (ecosilver) sterling silver (.925) 1.5mm round wire. This is a beautiful ring that really stands out from the crowd. This ring has not been hallmarked. The ring has been made to be a size R The ring band has been made using 1.5mm round sterling silver wire The sea glass measures approximately 6.9mm x 8.5 mm Each piece of sea glass has been sculpted by the power of the waves. Wrapping each unique shape can cause imperfections in the sterling silver. Sea glass varies in size and thickness which produces colour variations under different lights. Due to the nature of camera phones, there may be differences between display devices. We have tried our best to capture the accuracy and magic of the sea glass colours. This beautiful ring will be packaged in its own cotton bag, along with a silver cleaning cloth and care card.
