About this item
Not only does this shell pendant look lovely but these pieces feel lovely when wearing. They are solid silver and therefor have a nice weight and the polished areas feel lovely and smooth to the touch. This shell is one of a kind, the original shell was moulded into clay, then melted wax poured into the mould. The wax was carved into the final design, then cast into silver in a process called lost wax carving. Finally, the cast piece was hand finished and polished. The silver chain is a snake style, with a lobster clasp. You can choose between two lengths at no extra cost. Please specify whether you would like a 16" or 18" length change when you order. The shell measures about 2.8 cm in length (as seen in photo) and weighs about 7.5 grams. Standard shipping is 2nd class. Free UK delivery! Free gift box included!
