This fabric bunting is double sided for a quality finish and has alternating pennants of plain dark blue and purple printed fabric on one side and all plain blue on the other, anc finished with a black trim with extra length for tying/hanging. Measures approx 83" with 11 pennants. Can be washed and ironed to use over and over again. Handmade item. Only one of this design made and available, so it is a really unique piece
