This handmade wet felted necklace twists together felted cords of soft merino wool in shades of jade, dark green and mint, wrapped with a lustrous merino and silk blend yarn, adding zingy flashes of purples, greens and blues. It closes with a strong magnetic fastening. It's amazingly light for its size - you can easily forget you are wearing it! Perfect for adding a touch of colour to a winter outfit. Wear it short or wear it long! - I find it immensely frustrating when necklaces are too short or too long, so I have designed all my necklaces to be adjustable. As shown in the final black and white photo, they can be worn close to the neck, or sitting casually above the boobs! Simply pull the cords at each end of the necklace to adjust the length. Length approx 46 - 63 cm nb the distribution of the wrapping thread will differ from necklace to necklace, so may differ slightly from photo.

Delivery: Orders will be sent Royal Mail first class, 24 or 48, and I'll endeavour to post on the same day, or next Post Office working day. Packaging: I try to keep packaging simple. and use sustainable materials where possible.

2020 saw the arrival of 'The Twist' - when I experimented with twisting felted cord necklaces during the felting process. This year I discovered some absolutely gorgeous merino/silk blend yarn in dreamy colours that was begging to be wrapped around the cords!
