For hygiene and safety reasons, baby soaps cannot be returned once opened or used, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Custom-made or personalised knitted items, including items made to your requested measurements or specifications, are not normally eligible for a change-of-mind return. I will always discuss the details with you before starting a custom order, so please feel free to message me if you have any questions. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be happy to help. The buyer pays return costs.
