This stunning set includes a Sterling Silver plated neck chain which I finished off with a hook and eye closure. The pendant has a 925 sterling bail. The pendant is hand flaked Ruby Corundum in epoxy. The pendant measures 35 x 13 x 5 mm. The chain is 3mm wide. The earrings are the same process measuring 13 x 13 x 5mm. They can of course be worn diamond or square. Yes, a ruby corundum is a real ruby because ruby is simply the scientific or mineralogical name for the red variety of the mineral corundum. Ruby is specifically the red variety of corundum, symbolizing protection, passion, and sometimes referred to as the 'Stone of Prophecy'. Absolutely gorgeous bracelet! I love the ocean vibes and it’s so comfortable. I wasn’t sure what the weight would be and it’s perfect, not heavy but just reassuringly weighty enough you know you are wearing it and that the beads are great quality. I’m sure it will see a lot of summer sun!!
